今回も大のラーメン好きな私がおススメしたい長野市のラーメン屋について紹介していきます。
知っている人はすでに知っていると思いますが、今回ご紹介するラーメン屋は長野市は高田にある来来亭です。
来来亭は私が高校生の時に初めてアルバイトをした思い出深い場所でもあります。
学生時代、「バイトするなら厳しいところにせぇ！」と親父に言われ、厳しそうな来来亭でアルバイトをすることにしました。当時高校生だった僕は社会の厳しさも先輩社員の温かさも来来亭に教えていただきました。
バイト終わりの疲れ果てた時に食べた、まかないが今でも忘れられず、ラーメン、チャーハンのうまさはお約束できます。
私は来来亭のメニューは全て食べましたが、私の一番のおススメは何といってもチャーハンセットのこってりラーメン変更の硬めのネギ多めです。
美味すぎますので、まだ食べたことがない方はぜひ食べてください。
最近、長野高田店に行ったところ、リニューアルされており、全席タッチパネルでの注文を取っていました。
私の地元にはないメニューがあり、頼んでみました。それがこちら。
まぜそばＲです。
辛そうに見えますが、食べてみると辛くはなく、玉ねぎとニンニクが効いたまぜそばであっという間に食べ終わってしまいました。
私は汁なしラーメンが大好物で、本当に美味しかったです。

Rairaitei is also a memorable place where I first worked part-time when I was a high school student.
When I was a student, my father told me, “If you want to work part-time, it’s a tough place!”, So I decided to work part-time at Rairaitei, which seems to be tough. As a high school student at the time, I was taught by Rairaitei about the harshness of society and the warmth of senior employees.
I ate it when I was exhausted at the end of my part-time job, but I can’t forget it, and I can promise the deliciousness of ramen and fried rice.
I ate all the menus at Rairaitei, but my best recommendation is the thick fried rice set with a lot of hard green onions.
It’s too delicious, so if you haven’t tried it yet, please try it.
Recently, when I went to the Nagano Takada store, it was renewed and all seats were ordered using the touch panel.
There is a menu that I don’t have in my hometown, so I asked for it. Here is it.
This is Mazesoba R.
It looks spicy, but when I tried it, it wasn’t spicy, and I finished eating it in a blink of an eye with mixed soba with onions and garlic.
I love soupless ramen and it was really delicious.
